Online Store - Shipping Policy

DELIVERY, TRANSPORTATION, FREIGHT, SHIPPING, TITLE, AND RISK OF LOSS

Delivery dates are approximate. Standard delivery time is approximately twenty-four (24) hours for domestic shipments after receipt of a signed Purchase Order from Buyer. We are not liable for delays in performance or delivery due to a cause beyond our reasonable control. These causes include, without limitation, any delay of sources to supply materials and equipment, government priorities and labor or transportation problems. If such a delay occurs, we may extend the performance or delivery date for a period of time equal to the delay. When Conquest Imaging is provided with a shipping account number from Customer, Conquest Imaging will use that account for shipment of the product. If an account number is not provided, Conquest Imaging will provide its own account number and provide Shipping & Handling charges at a rate of thirty-five $35.00 dollars plus $1.00 per pound. The buyer is responsible for Freight/Shipping costs of all returned product. Freight on board our shipping dock is pursuant to Section 2-319 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Title and risk of ownership passes to you at F.O.B. (Free On Board) our shipping point.

   

 

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

•  Product may be returned for reasons such as being a wrong, defective or unneeded part.

•  Return shipments must be received within fifteen (15) calendar days of shipment from Conquest Imaging twenty days for international shipments) of authorization to receive credit . “Parts received after 30 days from shipment will be returned to customer with no credit.”

•  Returns (unused products), due to no fault of Conquest Imaging, are subject to a twenty (20) % and/or a minimum of $100.00 late restocking/retesting fee. Return shipments must be received within fifteen (15) calendar days of shipment from Conquest Imaging twenty days for international shipments or no credit will be issued. This charge will not apply to Product failures covered by warranty.

•  Returned products with broken tamper proof seals will be charged a 20% restocking/retesting fee. For products that fail during retesting, Buyer is subject to full price of product.

•  Conquest Imaging has up to 10 working days after receipt of unused product to issue credit upon approval of inspection.

•  Parts sold on an outright basis are not accepted as unused product.

 

 

EXCHANGES (Used)

•  For Product sold on an “Exchange” basis, the sales price originally quoted is contingent on our receiving a like repairable replacement item from the buyer. Repairable exchanges are due within fifteen (15) business days from the original date of shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Failure of the buyer to ship us any replacement at all within the 15 days or, alternatively, shipping us a replacement part within 15 days that is not repairable, will result in an additional billing to the buyer up to the full OEM replacement cost. Conquest Imaging technicians will inspect each exchange item shipped to us, and we reserve the right to accept or reject that equipment based upon its repairable.

  1. Definition of Repairable Equipment: (a) Equipment free from defects that would prevent any reasonable repair, (b) Equipment containing all original software, flash codes, and/or ID chips, or (c) Equipment consisting of all original components in place and meeting the OEM specification requirements.
  2. Definition of Unrepairable Product: (a) Product that has been misused, abused, tampered with, scorched, excessively burned, or subjected to any other casualty damage: (b) Product needing a new structure; (c) Product whose estimated repair costs exceed any potential sales price to a subsequent customer; or (d) Product that is received in a crushed or broken condition.

•  Credit is based upon the condition of Product and other restrictions may apply.

•  Exchanged parts must be OEM original parts (no clones).
